Sleeping feels like an opportunity to just forget everything. A state of mind when you truly feel free from the world. Something I just can't do right now. I'm laying hear trying to sleep. All I'm thinking about is how and when. How can I do this, and when can I accomplish it. I sometimes just don't have that drive.
My goals to accomplish this week.
Wake up early to eat breakfast
Have a small workout in the morning
Restart fitness routine
Let's see how this goes.
