It gets so hard trying to eat the right things, if you don't you get sick trying to workout. argh...
Sleeping feels like an opportunity to just forget everything. A state of mind when you truly feel free from the world. Something I just can't do right now. I'm laying hear trying to sleep. All I'm thinking about is how and when. How can I do this, and when can I accomplish it. I sometimes just don't have that drive.
My goals to accomplish this week.
Wake up early to eat breakfast
Have a small workout in the morning
Restart fitness routine
Let's see how this goes.
So today was suppose to be the restart to my fitness routine. It has been hard to get back ever since I left my personal trainer. Tomorrow is a new day.
